Due to Marching Band State Competition being cancelled and therefore the State Dinner cancelled, we are refunding $25 from your student’s paid meal plan. There are 2 options to choose from:
1. Apply the $25 toward your student’s Hawaii trip.
2. Receive a refund check for $25.
If you would like a refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than November 22nd (no reminders will be sent). We will need the name of the person to write the check to and a mailing address to send the check.
If we have not heard from you by November 22nd, we will automatically apply the $25 to your student’s Hawaii trip. If your student is not going on the trip the $25 will be donated to the General Band Fund.
