Thank you for placing orders for your student’s band photographs. Please note the following deadlines for payment and delivery dates. Photo orders are processed weekly in date order according to the date payment is received. Venmo orders are processed immediately. Cash and check orders can be left in the band box and will be checked each Friday at 3pm.
Paid orders received by Friday will be ready for delivery the following Wednesday:
1. Delivery to school: Orders can be delivered directly to band class by 9am each Wednesday morning.
2. Pick Up: Parents/Family members can pick up orders in person from 10am-12noon on Wednesdays at Dunkin Donuts, 136th and Huron. This will be the only option when school is closed for the holidays.
3. Pick up at Chamber Ensemble Concert. Paid orders by Friday, November 28th will be available for pick up before, during and after the concert on Thursday, December 5th (6pm-9pm)
Here is the order and delivery schedule through the end of the year:
Order by Friday, Nov 21st: Pick up on Wednesday, Nov 26th (10am-12noon at Dunkin Donuts – there is no school delivery.)
Order by Friday, Nov 28th (venmo only, no band box pick up): Delivery Wednesday, Dec. 4th AND at Chamber Ensemble Concert on Dec 5th
Order by Friday Dec 6th. Delivery: Wednesday, Dec 11th
Order by Friday Dec 13th Delivery: Wednesday, Dec 18th (Finals Week)
Order by Friday Dec 20th (venmo only, no band box pick up). Delivery: *Tuesday Dec 24th (10am-12noon at Dunkin Donuts- there is no school delivery.)
Order by Friday Dec 27th (venmo only, no band box pick up). Delivery: Wednesday, January 1st (10am-12noon Dunkin Donuts – there is no school delivery.)
