Here are the information letter and consent form for the trip to Hawaii which were recently distributed to your students (also available on the new Hawaii Trip information webpage). The letter contains information about payment, cancellations, etc. for the trip. We will need the consent form and the deposit turned in by Monday, December 9th in order to reserve your student’s spot for the trip. Final details will continue to be decided and communicated through the summer, but this general information which will give you an idea of what the trip will entail. Unfortunately, there will be no “follower” or “tagalong” options available for this trip and parents/guardians will need to make their own arrangements if they wish to be with us in Hawaii. Also, if any parent/guardian is interested in being a chaperone, please email me as soon as possible.
