Charms has a change coming that will affect everyone. Beginning in March, every Charms account will need to have a valid email under the Student Contact Info in order to verify and/or reset your Charms account and password. Finance will no longer be able to reset passwords once this change takes place.
ACTION REQUIRED: Please log in to your student’s Charms account and make sure there is a valid, accessible email address listed under the Student Contact Info. This does not have to be the student’s email address. If fact, it should be an email address that can be accessed by whomever logs into the Charms account the most.
Please add or make the email changes by Feb. 1st. If your student’s account does not have an email listed in the Student Contact Info email slot after Feb 1st, the Finance team will add the email from the first adult listed in your student’s account.
