With the announcement of the Hawaii trip cancelation, we are working on a process for refunds. In the next couple of weeks, we will be sending out communications requesting refund directions from each participant.
We will be offering a couple options for these funds, including the ability to apply some of the money to the current year FRG. Please keep in mind that we can only refund direct trip payments, and any funds that have been applied to the trip that were transferred from your student ledger will be returned to the student ledger.
We ask for your patience and understanding, as this is a very big administrative task to work through with over 150 accounts and deposits that came from multiple sources.
