"For Whom The Dream Controls"

The Winter Percussion Ensemble performed in the Rocky Mountain Percussion Association State Championships in Loveland. The ensemble earned Third Place in the Prelims competition with a score of 83.95. Following a strong show in their Finals performance the group was awarded a score of 85.05 resulting in a Second Place medal in the Scholastic Open classification. RMPA Longmont Competition
The Winter Percussion Ensemble performed at the Longmont RMPA competition on March 27th, capturing First Place with a score of 87.3.

WGI Regional Competition
The Winter Percussion Ensemble participated in the WGI Denver Regional hosted at Northglenn High School. The ensemble scored 84.650 in the Prelims and Finals shows, capturing Second Place for both performances.

RMPA Competition Mountain Range High School
The Percussion Ensemble performed in the RMPA competition at Mountain Range High School, posting a score of 84.6 in the Prelims and 82.8 in the Finals performances, earning them a Second Place finish in both rounds.

Legacy High School RMPA Competition

The Winter Percussion Ensemble performed "Change" at the Legacy High School Rocky Mountain Percussion Association competition. The ensemble captured First Place with a score of 84.6

Loveland RMPA Competition
The Legacy Percussion Ensemble performed in the first RMPA competition of the season, scoring 77.9 and capturing First Place at Loveland High School

Percussion Ensemble prepares for 2010 winter season.
The Winter Percussion Ensemble is busy preparing for the 2010 season. The ensemble will be performing a Dana Slabaugh original composition, "Change". The ensemble will be competing in the Scholastic Open Class this year.
