The deadline to register students (and Chaperones) for the Ireland trip has been postponed from Feb 23 to Mar 11, so you still have time to register your student to travel. See our Ireland 2025 webpage for more information.
Followers can start registration on March 12th and have a deadline of March 22nd.
Those who are registering from now until March 11th (students/chaperones) or March 22nd (followers) and who have not yet made the first payment, your amount due at registration is now $700 + insurance. Please note that $350 will also be due on April 9th in accordance with the original payment schedule.
Those who already registered and paid the first $350 payment, your next payment of $350 is due on March 9th (no change). If you have a Student Ledger credit balance in your Charms account and your FRG has been fulfilled for the 2023-2024 school year, you can use those settled funds for trip payments on March 9th and going forward. Please note that the new 2024-2025 FRG will go into effect on June 1, 2024. Please email finance@legacybands.org to request a transfer for a trip payment.
