Our Special Events Team is looking for TWO Freshman/Sophomore/Junior Band Parents to assist with Hospitality at our State Banquet. The time commitment is Tuesday, October 29th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Doolittle Hall at the Air Force Academy. Duties will include assisting the caterer with dessert set-up, ushering band students through buffet lines to seating, offering coffee to band staff, and marshaling an orderly exit for 200. Banquet experience is preferred. Your participation will not prevent you from seeing any of Legacy’s performances, and has the added perk of your dinner included.
