First, a huge congratulations to the band and color guard for a second place finish at the Big Cat Festival!
Now on to Regionals on Wednesday!
Regionals will take place Wednesday, Oct 20th at Centaurus High School.
Our band’s itinerary for regionals is attached. The itinerary can also be found on the band website.
The full schedule of bands performing can be found at https://centaurusband.org/cba-regionals/
Parking in the stadium area is limited to permitted handicap parking ONLY. Staff and spectators should plan on arriving with enough time before performances to walk or catch the shuttle from the Flatirons Church spectator parking lot. Limited overflow parking is available on the east side of Centaur Village Drive.
A free shuttle service from Flatirons Church will be provided for all spectators. Service will begin at 1:00 pm and the last run will be 10:15 pm. Flatirons Church is located less than one mile to the east of Warrior Stadium, and spectators should allow 10-15 minutes for shuttle service.
All parents and spectators should allow time and plan to use the spectator parking with shuttle service.

Uniforms
Please know that your student might have brought their marching uniform home for cleaning. The uniforms simply need to be washed on a gentle/delicate cycle and hung to dry. Hems should remain in place (please verify they are secure and even). Raincoats do NOT need to be laundered. A wipe down with a wet rag and emptying the pockets wouldn’t hurt though.
State Week
Stay tuned for more information regarding state week. For parents new to band, we have several traditions to help cheer the kids on (details to come)!
Fundraising
Butter braids and wreath fundraisers are happening now! Please note there was a typo on the original communications. For any questions please email fundraising@legacybands.org or contact Susan Shuyler at 303-601-7498.
Thank you to everyone for all you are doing for your student and the band. These last weeks before state are fun but exhausting!
Please reach out with any questions.
