8:00 AM Rehearsal
9:30 AM End Rehearsal/Pack Truck/Pass out uniforms/Dress in half
10:10 AM Chaperone Meeting in Band Office
10:20 AM Load buses and depart by 10:25 AM for North Area Athletic Complex (19500 West 64th Parkway, Arvada, CO 80007)
● Students will be handed a sack lunch as they board the buses. They
will need to eat lunch without getting their bibs dirty.
● As we get close to the stadium, please tell the students to dress into
half uniform
11:10 AM Arrive NAAC – Check In – Pass out wristbands to Chaperones
● Students will either be stamped or will receive wristbands to get
them into the performances after we perform.
11:15 AM Unload and allow students to use the restroom
● Percussion and Sousaphones can be let off to find the truck and start
unloading
11:45 AM Prop Drop-off
11:50 AM – 12:20 PM Body warm-up at Site “A”
● Pit moves to warm up at Pit Warm-Up Site “B”
12:20 – 12:30 PM End of Body warm-up and move to Music warm-up
● Pit Begins Warm-Up at Site “A” 12:15 – 12:45 PM
12:30 – 1:00 PM Music Warm-up at WARM-UP SITE “A”
● We need to have water at the Warm-up site so they can get a drink
before we go to the field.
● There will be water at the Music warm-up area, but we should take
extra.
12:45 – 1:05 PM Pit moves to Entrance of Stadium
1:00 – 1:05 PM Band moves to “On Deck” position
1:05 PM Everyone standing at Entrance to Stadium/ON DECK
1:15 PM Preliminary Performance
1:45 PM End of Prelims Performance
● After our preliminary performance we will return to the stadium to
watch D’Evelyn – DRUM MAJORS WILL NEED TO GO GET IN
LINE FOR RETREAT ONCE D’EVELYN IS FINISHED
PERFORMING.
2:00 PM Prelims Results
2:15 PM Return to the bus to get out of uniform and put instruments away
3:00 PM Approximate Dinner Time
3:40 PM We will talk to everyone about what needs to be done for finals and the
schedule (staff, students, and chaperones)
4:00 PM Move to the Stadium to watch the first few Bands in finals (4:15, 4:30,
4:45, and 5:00)

_:__ PM After our Finals Performance, we will stand off to the side and watch the last band(s) and wait for Final Results – OUR DRUM MAJORS WILL GO GET IN LINE FOR DRUM MAJOR RETREAT. ***Or if there is time, we will go back to the bus to put instruments away.
8:00 PM Finals Results
8:20 PM Move to the buses to load
8:45 PM Depart for Legacy
9:30 PM Approximate return to Legacy High School
● Please make sure students clean up the buses while they wait for me to come
around to give final announcements for the night.
● Also, please take a walk through of the bus after the students get off at the
end of the night to see if they forgot anything and cleaned correctly.
● If the buses are dirty, please find me and I will have the appropriate section
get back on the bus and clean it.
● Also, remind the students that they need to HANG UP THEIR UNIFORMS
CORRECTLY AND THEY WILL HAVE TO CHECK OUT BEFORE LEAVING.
● PLEASE GIVE YOUR ATTENDANCE FORMS TO THE CHAPERONE
LEAD who will give them to Dr. Ebert.
