We are entering an important week as we transition from our final Try It Out session on Monday, May 8 into our first Full Band Rehearsal on Saturday, May 13.
Monday, May 8th, 4:30pm – Final Try It Out Session: all incoming freshman and new students attend with upperclassmen and leadership team.
Saturday, May 13th – first MANDATORY New Parent and Student Meeting AND FULL BAND REHEARSAL. All students should bring their instruments, water bottle, sunscreen, hats and all-weather gear. The schedule for the day is:
8:30 am check in for New Students and Parents
9:00 am – Mandatory Meeting for New Students and Parents*
10:00 am – All Band Rehearsal (lunch will be provided for students)
3:00 pm – End of Rehearsal/ Student Pick Up
*Note: Parents of upperclassmen are not required to attend the Saturday meeting.
*Please note that the Fall Show Reveal will take place at the mandatory meeting
