Calling All Legacy Band Chaperones!
Hey Band Parents and Supporters!
The fall season is just around the corner, and we are looking for amazing volunteers to join the crew! Whether you are a seasoned pro or a first-time volunteer, we would love to have you on board to support our incredible students and get a front-row seat to all the action.
Color Guard chaperones also needed!!
Color Guard still has many openings for chaperones for the marching season. We need at least 2-3 chaperones for guard per event and cannot do this without your help!
Ready to help make this season a success? Here is how to get started:
Step 1: Complete Your Raptor Background Check
For the safety of our students, all chaperones must complete a Raptor background check through the school office.
Note: The school office opens on August 3rd. Please get this squared away as soon as possible after they open so you are cleared and ready to go!
Step 2: Grab Your Spots!
Take a look at the schedule and claim your preferred dates. Every bit of help makes a massive difference!
Thank you so much for your time, energy, and dedication. Every bit of help makes a massive difference! Let’s work together to make this fall an unforgettable, fun, and safe season for our band!

CDL Class A drivers needed!
Do you or someone you know have a Class A CDL? The band desperately needs semi-truck drivers to pull “Blue”, our 53’ equipment trailer, to marching festival competitions and football games. Please reach out directly to Jess Odum (logistics@legacybands.org), or any other booster board member. Thanks!
As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns!
Have a great week!
