Great job at Monarch everyone! Congratulations! We have three shows left before we leave for Grand Nationals, and some momentum we haven’t had in a while! The work ethic of the band has risen to a new level and it is inspiring to witness.
Students, please keep up the good work by maintaining your musical and visual skills over the break. Exercise, practice, eat well, hydrate, and get lots of rest. Your peers across the state will be doing the same.
10/12 MB Practice 10AM (Students will be at Legacy all day. Please bring a sack lunch. Dinner will be provided before we leave for Regionals); CBA NORTHERN REGIONAL PERFORMANCE 8:15PM at Centaurus HS
10/13 Broncos Practice at Mile High Stadium 6PM-9PM (4PM CALL for all participants); Guests, please be on the lookout for another email from me regarding entrance instructions. I am waiting on the Broncos to provide that.
10/15 MB Practice at LHS 8AM-12PM; BRONCOS VS SEAHAWKS Halftime Performance (4PM CALL for all participants, Kickoff 6:15PM)
10/17 MB Practice 10AM-3PM; North Stadium Practice 4:30-7PM (Students need to get to North Stadium on their own, there will not be any buses for this event); Friends & Family Show and Parent Run-Through 7PM at North Stadium (this event is open to all families, so please share with those who would like to see the show for free!)

URGENT NOTICE FROM FINANCE
THANK YOU to everyone who has paid their marching band bundle and at least the first FRG payment! If you haven’t yet, you can still make payments through CutTime, Zelle (), or make a check out to “Legacy Band Boosters” and put it in the band box located in the band room. It also helps to write your student’s name on the check and what it’s for.
FUNDRAISING
Our Butter Braid and wreath fundraiser has kicked off! This will run from 10/9 through 10/30. Fundraiser packets went home with students on Friday, 10/9. The Butter Braid store has an option for money donations as well. Profits from these fundraisers will go directly towards your FRG.
PICK UP FOR APPAREL ORDERS
Apparel Orders will be ready for pick up on Monday morning at 9:30! We will have them at the west doors. Grab your show shirts, magnets, polos, hats and senior shirts. Porch pick up can be arranged if you need them at a different time after Monday morning. Orders will also be available on Saturday before rehearsal and at Friends and Family. We appreciate your patience as we worked to fill this record-breaking order! Email with any questions.
Coming this week! Get your Divisi Sabers this week! Support our band and their incredible show by encouraging students from the stands! $10 or 3 for $25. Divisi Sabers will be available at the Spirit Squad Crafting time and at the Friends and Family Show on 10/17.

SPIRIT SQUAD CRAFTING TIME
Feeling crafty? Don’t know where to start, but want to be inspired?? Come by the Legacy Commons on Saturday, the 17th between 10 and 12 to work on your buttons or other projects for State. We’ll have some supplies and buttons to share, Divisi ribbons to sell ($1) and good company. Bring your pictures, glue guns and creativity!

UNIFORM HELP NEEDED
Help make sure our kids are ready to go for their performances as well as collecting the uniforms after events in an orderly fashion, ensuring that the uniforms are kept in pristine condition. The Uniform Volunteer Sign Up Sheet will be updated for future events so check back weekly!

We have teriyaki chicken bowls with carrots, broccoli, and edamame for dinner before Regionals tomorrow. LUNCH WILL NOT BE SERVED ON MONDAY OR THURSDAY. Students, please pack a lunch!

Jaylen will be coordinating with the sewing volunteers (thank you!!) over the next two weeks to make uniform alterations. Please be on the lookout for a communication from her.
