11/4 Final Trip Meeting 6:00-8:00PM (Mandatory for all travelers and families)
11/5 MB Practice 3:30-7:00PM (Byron Reed/9News on campus)
11/7 MB Practice 8:00AM-3:00PM (Jamie Weaver will join us)
11/9 MB Practice 3:30-7:00PM (Load Blue)
11/11 Departure Day (4:00AM Call at LHS/Buses will bring us to DIA)
All trip information and itineraries will be shared on 11/4. Students will also be able to meet their chaperones and chaperone groups.
Please help us with perfect attendance for our remaining practices. We need to clean drill, and we cannot do that with students missing. For perspective, we have had 1 practice this year with perfect attendance….and, seventeen students missed Thursday’s practice. Help students dress for the weather as well as the activity, and instruct students to listen to the directors when they request layering at rehearsal.
APPAREL
Thank you, thank you to everyone who donated, shared and cheered on our progress as we raised funds for every student and staff member to receive a State Championship shirt! We have met our goal and our shirts are on order! Students and staff shirts will be delivered before our trip to Indianapolis!

Uniform Returns & Volunteers Needed
Thank you to everyone who returned uniforms last week! We still have a significant number outstanding, so please return any remaining uniforms either Tuesday afternoon before band practice or Wednesday morning during ASP.
We could also use some extra hands getting rain jackets back with their correct uniforms! As you may recall, we had quite a rainy day while the band was busy winning the 5A State Championship, which resulted in a pile of unclaimed or swapped rain jackets. We’ve been working to match them back up with the correct uniforms, but could use some additional help getting everything sorted and back into the garment bags. I’ll be at the school Tuesday from 3:30–5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 7:20–8:45 a.m. If you’re available to lend a hand during either time, we’d greatly appreciate it!
