We were selected to have the In-N-Out Fundraiser Cookout truck come serve up some delicious burgers, chips and drinks on Friday, August 5th from 5:30-7:00. The band gets 75% of the proceeds from this fundraiser which is incredible for a dining fundraiser! The other 25% will be donated to the In-N-Out Burger Foundation. Here are the details:
- The truck will be in the Legacy High School parking lot from 5:30-7:00 on Friday, August 5th
- We have to sell at least 200 tickets (but hope to sell more)
- Tickets are $5 and will get you a hamburger or cheeseburger (with lettuce, tomato and spread), chips and a soft drink (Coke, Diet Coke, 7UP, Dr. Pepper, Powerade, and Minute Maid Light). They can make grilled cheese or a plain burger if requested.
- ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE! NO WALK-UP SALES WILL BE ALLOWED. We have to give In-N-Out a count 3 days before the event so they can plan.
- Parents and students can buy tickets before or after band rehearsals on 7/18, 7/25 or the morning of the 8/2 rehearsal. We will have Booster Board members at a table in the parking lot with tickets available for cash or checks made out to Legacy Band Boosters.
- Tuesday, August 2nd will be the last day to purchase tickets.
- This doesn’t have to be just for the band. If you have neighbors or friends who love In-N-Out, they can buy tickets too.
