Band Banquet Set Up and Tear Down:
Hi Band Families: As we get ready for the Band Banquet, we are looking for a few volunteers to help make the evening run smoothly. We need help with setup before the event, cake cutting during the banquet, and cleanup afterward. If you are available to help with any of these, please sign up here:

Even a small amount of time makes a big difference and helps create a great experience for our students. Thank you for your continued support. We appreciate all you do for the band program. -Jaimie Coons, Events Coordinator

UNIFORMS:
All Call For Help!
The Uniform Chair is graduating and the Freshman parent that has been shadowing all season just told me their child will no longer be in band. So we need someone to step up. It’s not hard, just a bit time consuming a few days in August, November, and May. These are fitting times for marching, concert and end of year moving of clothing around for the following year. You will need to be present before and after football games, competitions, and band concerts. Please reach out to me if you are slightly interested and we talk more in depth.

DINE TO DONATE – Section Winners:
Our Dine to Donate fundraiser at Freddy’s last week went really well, with over 120 people joining us for dinner. We made $464.19!! I also have a winner for best representation. The winner is…drumroll please…the drum rollers!!! Battery blew the rest of you away with 27 people participating. Front ensemble came in second with 19 people and almost 100% participation.
Since Monday’s rehearsal is just for leadership and freshmen, we will have Dole Whip for our winners at the first May rehearsal on the 4th.
