Schedule for Friday, September 9, 2022
Football Game
3:45 PM Rehearsal at the Parking Lot
5:00 PM Students move inside for dinner
5:05 PM Begin loading truck
5:30 PM Students dress for the game (full uniform, black socks, Dinkles)
5:30 PM Chaperone Meeting (Band Office)
5:40 PM Percussion and Brass Students load buses
5:45 PM Trip 1 Departs Legacy/Travel to North Stadium
6:00 PM Arrive at North Stadium/Unload quickly so buses can return to Legacy
6:15 PM Woodwinds and Guard load buses
6:30 PM Woodwind and Guard unload and quickly enter the stadium for warmup
6:55 PM Band performs Star Spangled Banner
7:00 PM Game begins
7:45 PM Approximate time for half-time
9:30 PM Approximate end of game
9:55 PM Depart for Legacy HS (This will need to be done in two trips)
10:15 PM Arrival at Legacy HS (percussion and brass will arrive on the first return
trip to start unloading the semi; return trip 2 will be ww and guard)
