Football Game
345pm Stretch/Full Run at the Parking Lot
4:30 PM Students move inside for dinner; Begin loading truck
5:00 PM Students dress for the game (full uniform, black socks, Dinkles)
5:10 PM Chaperone Meeting (Band Office)
5:20 PM Students load buses
5:30 PM Depart Legacy/Travel to 5 Star Stadium
6:15 PM Arrive at 5 Star Stadium
6:30 PM Move into the stadium
6:45 PM Warmup
6:55 PM Band performs Star Spangled Banner
7:00 PM Game begins
7:45 PM Approximate time for half-time
9:30 PM Approximate end of game
9:55 PM Depart for Legacy HS
10:30 PM Arrival at Legacy HS
Please note that this is the first time we have had a football game at this stadium in years (well before my time). We do not know the exact times for anything right now. Also, because of district transportation issues, we only have two buses available to transport us. We are asking some students who have their own transportation to get themselves to 5 Star Stadium on their own. We have also asked them to communicate this to you. I will be putting together a bus list sometime today and sharing it so that you know who is being asked to drive. Thank you for your patience.
