Legacy Band Fall Fundraisers
We will be selling Butter Braids and Mixed Evergreen Wreaths for our fall fundraisers this year. The sales window for both is October 9-Oct 30. Funds for these fundraisers can go towards your student ledger if you’ve already met this year’s fundraising goal (FRG). Please see specific information for each fundraiser below. Butter Braid Pastries, Croissant Crowns, Cake Rolls & Gluten-Free Cookie Dough
Butter Braids are delicious, easy to sell and great for entertaining! You may choose to use the online store and/or the paper order form. We receive 40% of sales. The attached flyer includes flavors and pricing. There are even more flavors on-line. Butter Braids and gluten-free cookie dough are $17 ($6.80 to your FRG). Cake Rolls are $16 ($6.40 to your FRG). Croissant Crowns are $22 ($8.80 to your FRG). Items will be delivered frozen on Wednesday, November 18th (delivery location TBD). Checks should be made out to Legacy Band Boosters. If your customers pay in cash, please keep the cash, and write a check to Legacy Band Boosters. This gives us a much better way to track orders and follow-up with questions. Paper orders and checks are due in the band box on or before Oct 30 at 8:00 am. Use the seller registration link below to set up your student’s store; and then share the online ordering link via email and social media. The customer will need to pick your student’s name from the online store to credit your student’s account.

Mixed Evergreen Wreaths from Sherwood Forest Farms
We are selling 22” and 28” Mixed Evergreen Wreaths. These wreaths are beautiful and long-lasting. Your customers will have the option of choosing to have you deliver the wreaths (saving on shipping) or they can choose direct delivery (shipping cost is added to the price). Note: Out-of-state shipments may include sales tax paid out of student’s profits. Local Delivery (wreaths that you deliver): 22” wreaths are $35 and 28” wreaths are 45 (~40% goes to your FRG). Direct Delivery (wreaths that are shipped directly to them): 22” wreaths are $58 and 28” wreaths are $68 (~30% goes to your FRG). The local delivery wreaths will be delivered BEFORE Thanksgiving. (Note: we are ONLY selling the 22” and 28” Mixed Evergreen Wreaths, not any other products). We will be using the Sherwood Forest Farms on-line store for wreath sales. Use the link below to set up the store; and then share via email and social media. Payment for wreath orders is via PayPal or check. Checks should be written out to Legacy Band Boosters and placed in the band box. Please include the order ID number with the check. All checks for wreaths are due in the band box on or before Oct 30 at 8:00 am. Note: PayPal transaction fees are paid out of student’s profits.

Please note that this is a firm deadline and online stores for both fundraisers will close on Oct. 30th.
