Our peach fundraiser is still going strong! Keep up the active posts on social media, asking friends, family and neighbors!! Door to Door sales are very effective as many community members love supporting Legacy Band!
Peach sales will continue through July 14th.
Corporate sponsorships:
As you know, we have a very big show this marching season, with associate big costs. One of the fundraising initiatives we are working on growing is with corporate sponsorships, and we need your help. If your business, big or small, is interested in supporting young musicians and future leaders please reach out to us. We would love to work with you and are happy to have the conversations if you are uncomfortable doing so. We have a sponsorship program for donations from $500 to $5000 with advertising and local visibility benefits. Also, many companies have gift matching when you pay your FRG.
We have benefits for students who bring in corporate sponsorships, so as you move about the community, please mention Legacy Band and drum up interest in supporting your student’s team. Dental providers, pet care, home improvement and restaurants are all examples of businesses we would love to partner with.
Please email sponsors@legacybands.org or visit our website: https://legacybands.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Legacy-Bands-Corporate-Sponsorship-Packet-2026.pdf for more information.
Argus/Aramark updates:
We have a great and FUN opportunity for all Legacy Band parents to raise funds directly into their students account. We have partnered with Argus Events to work event staffing at concerts and soccer games in the next few months. The pay is around $20 an hour and will be in your students account the next week! This is a great opportunity to pay down your trip costs and start taking care of the FRG.
We have soccer games, Noah Kahan, Zach Bryan and Phish concerts available in the next few months with shifts being added. Paperwork is minimal and you can get started before the next event. More dates will be added as they come available.
Sign up for shifts and Rebecca Dix will contact you with the forms to get started. https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/4090E44A4AE29A5FB6-64345809-argus?useFullSite=false

Freshman Fundamentals!
If your student would like to earn a letter in band, have them start keeping track of concerts you attend (save the program), and activities they do. A link to the lettering form can be found here: https://legacybands.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Lettering-Application-Points-Sheet.pdf
It can also be found on legacybands.org under Resources -> Docs & Forms
I recommend printing the form now and keeping track of the documentation in a (real or digital) folder so that you aren’t scrambling at the end of the year!
I’ll include a heads up on free concerts in future emails.
As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Have a great week!!
